Perspectives, Assumptions, and Considerations
On November 17th, the Trusted Exchange Framework and Common Agreement (TEFCA) Recognized Coordinating Entity (RCE) shared progress on the development of Additional Required Terms and Conditions (ARTCs) regarding QHIN to QHIN fees. We now seek public, stakeholder feedback on the presented perspectives, assumptions, and other considerations.
