The diagram below highlights our general process. Most items will be shared according to this timeline. However, for major changes, such as the introduction of a new Exchange Purpose or significant changes to technical approaches, we may undertake more extensive outreach to obtain stakeholder feedback. The detailed change management process is laid out in the Common Agreement; the process below does not change that process but rather provides the opportunity for the public to be aware of the issues under consideration and provide feedback.
