Composition of the Participant/Subparticipant Caucus should strive to include stakeholder groups that fully and equitably represent the types of stakeholders actively involved in or enabling TEFCA Exchange.Â
The Common Agreement states that QHINs, Participants, and Subparticipants shall have the opportunity to engage in governance of TEFCA Exchange. The Participant/Subparticipant Caucus provides a forum for Participants and Subparticipants to meet and discuss issues directly related to TEFCA Exchange and related activities under the Framework Agreements and vote on amendments to the SOPs, as outlined in the Common Agreement.
