ONC and The Sequoia Project Release Draft QHIN Eligibility Criteria

Preview of draft criteria now available for feedback

(Vienna, VA – October 5, 2021) – The Sequoia Project, selected by the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT (ONC) as the Recognized Coordinating Entity (RCE) to support the implementation of the Trusted Exchange Framework and Common Agreement (TEFCA), today released Draft Qualified Health Information Network (QHIN) Eligibility Criteria as supplement to the Elements of the Common Agreement released on September 20, 2021. The RCE is soliciting stakeholder feedback on the elements and newly released draft QHIN eligibility criteria through October 21, 2021.

The Elements of the Common Agreement webinar series will continue on October 5th and October 14th for additional opportunities for stakeholder engagement. Register online.
