Draft QHIN Onboarding and Designation SOP Feedback

The RCE sought feedback on the draft QHIN Onboarding and Designation Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) released May 16, 2022. In addition to engaging the RCE through the public, virtual events, organizations and individuals may have chosen to submit written feedback

Please submit your feedback for each section of the draft SOP in the corresponding fields below. As you consider your response to the draft SOP, please be cognizant of the multiple timelines included and provide feedback as appropriate.
