Question 10.

In order to be Designated as a QHIN, Applicants must provide proof that they are capable of (i) receiving and responding to transactions from other QHINs for all of the Exchange Purposes; and (ii) initiating transactions for the Exchange Purposes that the Applicant will permit its Participants and Subparticipants to send through its Designated Network. If Applicant cannot provide such proof at the time of application, it must provide information in the project plan (Part VI of this application) for doing so through its Designated Network prior to beginning the testing required in Part 4, Section III of the QHIN Onboarding & Designation SOP.
